Top Tips

• Protect your hair from the elements- rub a little oil onto the ends of your hair before you go swimming.
• If you have dry, irritated skin, simply dip a clean cloth in a little chilled milk and dab on the affected area, or pour a cupful into a warm bath for a skin soothing soak.
• Mask to reduce age spots- This face mask is very effective and is much cheaper than similar commercial treatments. 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoon runny honey, 1 teaspoon almond oil, juice of one lemon whisk ingredients together, and then brush onto clean, damp skin, avoiding the eyes. Leave for 15 minutes, Rinse.
• Sit crossed legged on the floor, making sure you are comfortable. Cross your arms and place one hand over each knee. Breathe in steadily for a count of ten.
• Breathe out, bending forward and dropping your head down, for a count of ten.
• Breathe in, return to an upright position and repeat, this time re-crossing your legs and arms so that the arm and leg that were at the bottom are now on top.
